BM Fire Rated (Hydrostan Out) is a Class B waterproofing EPDM membrane that is used to create a water and airtight seal across all common construction interfaces. Use with BMFR Fire Rated Ultrabond Class B adhesive for improved adhesion.

Application
Application
All adherent surfaces must be clean and free of release agents, grease, oil, dust, water, old adhesives and sealants and any other substances that could affect adhesion. For highly porous substrates we recommend to use BM Porous Primer or any other suitable primer.
